Christmas Recitals

This past week Hunter had his Christmas Kindergarten Program and it was adorable. We also had a "Magical Christmas Piano Recital" at my house, with my 5 cute piano students. They did phenomenal!

Ashley & I played a duet.

Why?

Why does Mr. Independent here always have to run his fingers through his hair while eating?

3 Little Indians

Thanksgiving 2010

Ted was able to play a little Turkey Bowl Football Thanksgiving morning, then we had the Thanksgiving Feast with our friends Aundria & Clint Brown. It really was wonderful.

Children's Hospital

Taking off the splint

He had an allergic reaction to the splint, his elbow was double in size!

Brayden was trying to escape out of the room everytime they opened the door. This was the attitude he was giving me when I wouldn't let him escape.

We loved those giraffes & they also had elephants.

Jacksons new blue cast. I tried to talk him into the glow in the dark, or a pretty sweet lime green, but he was so excited to pick "my favorite color blue!"

I almost had to go out and buy a restraint. Tie him down and restrain him to a chair. I can't tell you how many times he had fallen on his splinted arm, in tears over the pain. He just trips over his own feet, runs into walls and sunday night had a big fat lip with lots of blood. He is Jackson, he's 100% boy and he really makes me nervous.

My Sweet Boy

My sweet boy Jackson fell over the stair rail thursday evening, it was devastating. He broke both bones in his right arm..(comminuted distal radius fracture and distal ulna fracture.) It was truly amazing and a blessing that there was not one single bump or bruise on any other part of his body. The poor little guy has been in alot of pain. We will head up to Children's Hospital in Fresno this week to see the Orthopedic Surgeon for a follow-up visit. By then with decreased swelling, they will most likely put him in a hard cast. Thank you for all the kindness shown to my little Jackson!!!

Spooky Sprint

I left my camera in Fresno at the "Digestive Disease Disorder Clinic." They have been running a couple of tests on Jackson. He has had stomach issues. The Dr. thought he could possibly have ulcers? But so far the tests are normal.:) I was sad not to have my camera for this fun halloween weekend. We had Hunter's first school carnival, trunk or treat at the church, carving pumpkins and the spooky sprint. I ran a 5k and the boys ran a free kids fun run. They've never really ran a "race" before, so we thought we'd let them try it. They ran a 1/2 mile-that is really far!!! and they did great! They were so proud of themselves. They received goodie-bags and an orange ribbon. Ted brought the video camera and these are still shots.

Family Fun Time w/the Haubert's

At the Adventure Park every Monday Night is free miniature golf from 6-8pm. This has been going on for some time now, but we just tested it out for our first time with the boys. You can imagine how that turned out:)

Labor Day

On Labor day we headed up to Sequoia National Park. We visited the little museum, hiked the big trees trail & climbed up to the top of Morro Rock-it was beautiful!

Happy Birthday Teddy

The boys & I threw Ted a pretty awesome camoflauge birthday party. It wouldn't have been complete without playing pin the tank on the bullseye, while in our pajamas!

Ted went clay pigeon shooting on his birthday with some buddies. Him & I went the week after, you better watch yourself, we have some skills:) As you can tell by my target shooting attire, you have nothing to be afraid of!
