Happy Birthday Jackson

We cannot believe that our baby Jackson is ONE! His first year went by too fast. He has been such a good baby, we do not know what we would do without this cute little guy!

Banana Boy

When our bananas begin to turn brown we actually get excited because then we can make banana bread. But what happens...they are usually thrown away. So today I actually used our very ripe bananas and made banana bread. While making it, I put Jackson in his chair with a good banana. I looked over at him and started to chuckle. Look at that banana in his ear! I hope he isn't learning he can stick things in there. He really is a disaster, but a cute one.


I'm trying to change his diaper, he put the diaper over his own head, I did not do it. When I'm trying to change their diapers or put on their pajamas all they do is mess around:)

Jackson is putting his awesome teeth, as you can see above, to good use.

Spring Break

We met up with my parents, little sis Madeline, brother Zachary & his wife Kortney for their spring break (and all the rest of the Utahns who also go to disneyland for spring break, there were ALOT of people & long lines.) Four days were spent at Disneyland/California Adventure & one day at Universal Studios. Harldy any pictures were taken, we were so busy-it is serious go,go,go time with my parents when your at disneyland:) that I kept forgetting to charge the camera. The little boys had fun, there were a few meltdowns during the naptime hours, but they loved the train ride around the park, the jungle safari was a big hit & the bugs life rides & movie in california adventure. There was actually alot that Jackson could do. They seemed to enjoy Pirates of the Carribean with the little roller coaster dips at the beginning. I was suprised that Hunter loved the roller coaster in Toon Town- I didn't think that he would be much of a roller coaster guy!!!

Hunter didn't know what to think about this scary shark at Universal Studios. For this photo opportunity you are supposed to stick your head in it's mouth so it looks like it's eating you--scary.



On the walk from the parking garage to the entrance of Universal Studios there were quite a few shops, resturaunts & even a movie theater.

Mmmm...Fruit Pizza!

This would be my first fruit pizza ever & it looks tasty! I googled for a fruit pizza recipe, this is the first one I saw, it came off kraftfoods.com. There was no need to look any further because this one is absolutely delish.

Welcome Spring

We are absolutely enjoying this weather & having fun planting flowers. Ted planted quite a few summer bulbs while I was gone & they are already beginning to sprout!


Little boys are always up to something, here Hunter stuck Lightning McQueen in this toy & his whole arm is stuck. After much pain & anguish on his part he ended up doing it again-go figure.
